Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Binance Investor platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Binance Investor ("Company").

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are legally permitted.
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making investments.
• You may not create multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• Entities sanctioned by financial regulatory bodies are prohibited from using the Platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and transaction PIN.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access to your account.
• The Company is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

• The Platform facilitates investment into curated funds across multiple asset categories.
• All investment amounts are denominated in Ugandan Shillings (UGX).
• Minimum investment amounts vary per fund and are displayed on each fund's detail page.
• Stated ROI percentages are targets and not guaranteed returns. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Investments are subject to a lock-in period as specified per fund. Early withdrawal may not be available.
• Daily profit distributions, where applicable, are credited to your Profit Balance and are subject to platform fees.
• The Company reserves the right to close, suspend, or restructure funds with reasonable notice.

• Deposits are processed via MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money through our payment processor (DGateway).
• Withdrawals are subject to processing fees as displayed at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals are processed during designated withdrawal windows. Outside these windows, requests are queued.
• The Company may delay or refuse withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance requirements.
• Bonus balances are non-withdrawable and may only be used for test investments on the Platform.

• You may refer new users using your unique referral code and earn commissions on their qualifying deposits.
• Referral commissions are paid to your wallet after the referred user's first deposit clears.
• Self-referrals, use of bots, or any artificial manipulation of the referral system is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
• The Company reserves the right to modify referral commission rates with 14 days' notice.

• Platform fees include: a profit fee deducted from daily profit distributions, and a withdrawal fee charged per withdrawal.
• Current fee rates are displayed on the Platform and in your wallet.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice to users.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the Platform.
• Impersonate other users, employees, or representatives of the Company.
• Post false, defamatory, or misleading content in the Platform's community features.
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's security or access controls.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data, is the property of Binance Investor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binance Investor shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, investment losses, or financial losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses caused by market volatility, fund underperformance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Losses due to platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Binance Investor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance requirements.
• Upon termination, any outstanding investments will be handled per the fund terms, and withdrawable balances will be returned after applicable fees.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support, provided all active investments have matured.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
