Binance Investor ("we", "our", or "us") operates the investment platform at binanceinvestor.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform. By accessing or using the platform you consent to the practices described herein.

• Identity data: Full name, national ID / passport number, selfie photo (for KYC verification).
• Contact data: Email address, phone number.
• Financial data: Mobile money account numbers used for deposits and withdrawals. We do not store full payment credentials.
• Transaction data: Records of deposits, withdrawals, investments, and profit distributions.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log files, and session data.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features accessed, time and duration of visits.
• Referral data: Referral codes generated and used, and associated commission records.

• Payment processors: DGateway and mobile money operators (MTN, Airtel) to process transactions.
• Cloud infrastructure: Neon (database), Cloudflare (storage and CDN), Upstash (caching).
• Email service: Resend, for transactional emails only.
• Regulatory authorities: Financial regulators, law enforcement, or courts when required by law.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of seven (7) years after account closure to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements. KYC documents are retained for the period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, transaction PINs, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a high risk to your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware.
